Return and Refund Policy

No quibble 14 day Refund or Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your Earth Rebel purchase or gift, so if you are not satisfied with your product please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange, whichever is your preference.

Either way, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us along with the receipt; and products must be in unused merchantable condition and in original undamaged packaging, with any seals still in tact.

We'd be really grateful if you could please include a note of your reason for returning the product, this will help us improve our products and services going forward.

To initiate a return, please contact us on earthrebeluk@outlook.com with your order number for a website purchase or receipt number for an instore purchase and we will help you get the ball rolling.

Prefer to exchange your item? - Return your unwanted goods as per the above terms and include a confirmation note of what you would like in exchange. We will contact you once we receive your return, to confirm your replacement items before sending them out.

Prefer a refund? - As long as we receive the returned goods inline with the above terms, a refund for the goods will be made to the original form of payment.

You have the legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm that your order has been dispatched, this is when our contract starts.

If you choose to cancel our contract and the goods have already been dispatched, please return them to us as soon as possible. We will then process the refund due to you within 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds are for the goods only, not for the postage cost of sending goods to you or for the cost of you returning them.

If you cancel your order because you have changed your mind you will still need to cover the cost of returning the goods and will receive a refund just for the value of the goods being returned.

Damaged goods - If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of purchase, please send us a photo of the damage and return them to us asap following the return guidelines above. In this case you will be offered gift card, exchange or full refund.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
